The combined resources of OL Frontal Solutions superior profile wrapping technology, state-of-the-art panel laminator and edgebander, allows for the high volume production of 45˚miter and 90˚ shaker style doors.

The precision and quality are second-to-none and all door fronts are covered with a protective film before being packaged to ensure quality arrival.

OL Frontal Solutions is able to produce thousands of doors a day for the North American cabinet and furniture market.

In detail

OL Frontal Solutions produces high volume 5 piece doors, made-to-order, in various DLV materials including finished foils, PET, PVC, PP, VelourTouch™ and NEXGEN^® laminate finishes in custom sizes for the kitchen cabinet and furniture making industries in North America.

The doors are made with MDF substrates. MDF 6mm panels are laminated and MDF moulding components are wrapped in the decorative laminates of your choice, then assembled using state-of-the-art robotic equipment. Surface materials can be chosen from our stock collections, we can use your proprietary material or we can help you develop something new.

OL Frontal Solutions is able to produce thousands of doors per day in both 90° shaker and 45° miters door constructions.

The minimum order for assembled doors from OL Frontal Solutions is a truckload quantity of approx. 6,000 – 8,000 pieces, depending on door sizes and 100 doors/sku.

Complimentary products: 5 piece and slab drawer fronts, matching door lineals for custom and additional applications, ¾” panels for casegoods, accessory mouldings all in the same surface material.
